Service Description

Panicked, scared we are here to help, offer referrals and work with you in responding to Board. We are a group of nurses who network with other advocacy groups, attorneys and other resources. We offer free referrals to attorneys, and groups that can help. We will assist you in every phase of your case. We are a group of nurse advocates including a former BON investigator who have know the process or have been all the way to trial in an attempt to achieve justice. Our goal is to support nurses through this overwhelming time and to develop a network of nurses across the nation who are interested in lobbying for change in Board's disciplinary process. We want to see civil rights protection and due process brought to a currently unjust process. We also want to change the current culture of a hostile relationship created between the Board and nurses. We have many people with resources working with us and change can happen. In the meantime we are here to help you in anyway we can. There will never be a charge for our services.
