Critically low staffing

And its a deliberate cost saving measure by the corporate owners of hospitals. Bad outcomes are predictable with short staffing. I recently had a conversation with a TNA Director about how nurses bear the blame for bad outcomes and some are reported to Board. When the root cause was a system failure. Her response was shocking and same excuse Board uses. She told me nurses have no excuse if the dont call Safe Harbor. Tell me how many of you would take the risk and call Safe Harbor everytime you are understaffed?
